Real Estate Portfolio Management Interview - Transition from Acq.

Hey all,

I was wondering if anyone here had any idea what to prep for a portfolio management position at a large fund? I am currently in acq. and making the transition over and have no idea what to look into.

What can I expect to be asked?

Do these positions usually have modeling tests? What would that look like?

What are current market trends that I should touch on? Looks like investments are all over the U.S.
