Real estate property management into banking / asset management
Hi all, looking for advice on technical skills to develop to move into real estate asset management/ capital markets.
For context I have a background from property management but want to pivot - does anyone have any recs for financial models that would be useful to learn to make myself more desirable ? Or things that I should leverage more in my real estate background to make the pivot ?
