Recommended Reading for Financial Structures

Co-GP? LP? JV? Etc...

I’m looking for someone to point me in the right direction on some reading about partnership structures. Does anyone have any recommendation on books that I can familiarize myself?

Not sure about books, but a lot of decks, pitchbooks, PPMs, fund docs, etc. become public when they raise funds from groups like CalSTERS, CalPERS, Texas Teachers, etc. as they are public entities. Read an actual fund doc. REITs filings (S-11, prospectus, 10-K, etc.) are all public/online. Google can be a friend here. If you type the name of firm or fund then do filetype:pdf or ppt may get all sorts of stuff.
