REIT vs REPE?
Hey I'm a senior in undergrad and I have 2 RE offers, one from a Top 50 REPE and one from a very large REIT (Top 10 in AUM in the US). Both positions are for Acquisitions/Investments and in NYC. Anybody with more experience have thoughts on which would be a better role and lead to better long-term job prospects/growth?
