REPE and Infra PE?

You guys know of any REPE funds that also do Infra investing? Or any neiche REITs maybe that do a mix of both?

Also on that point you ever heard of guys bouncing between REPE and Infra early on in their career?

Bump, in a similar situation so interested to know. Anecdotally from what I’ve seen and people I’ve spoke to, they’re pretty distinct so idk about smaller firms that do both, compared to the larger PE funds, pension funds, etc.

Some firms have combined their group's into a "real assets" segment. Apollo, Axa, and Blackrock for example.

Separately, tower, data center, and energy REITs could be considered infrastructure. Think American Tower, CorEnergy etc.

Brookfield - though they invest out of separate capital buckets and have dedicated investment teams. Their infra fund ticker is BIP and property partners is BPY.

Also Blackstone - they have separate groups for RE and Infra.

I have heard its definitely possible to bounce between RE and Infra, more likely than bouncing between RE and corp PE.
