RXR is a solid company and those guys know a ton about the business. I would say you'll be working for sure but I don't think it will be crazy hours, but you will learn a lot because it is a very "roll your sleeves up" type of environment even though they have flashy properties. For MF you normally don't need Argus but they have office as well so they might want you to know how to navigate in case you need to run cash flows for reporting purposes, you know? But for the actual modeling no, unless they also have gorund-floor retail on the MF property, then you'd use argus for the retail and combine. Hope that helps. Good luck!
