shopping center frame
Most of my assets are hotel/MF, but we're looking at a value add shopping center (strip mall 14k NLA sq ft) and reviewing the asset, the structural walls are concrete with interior steel columns. Given this is a single story building, I was wondering are concrete walls standard with shopping center strip mall, this was constructed in 2010? Most single story buildings I've seen tend to be type III, so I was just wondering what others see who focus on shopping centers/strip malls.
