Situs for CMBS

Hey guys, there isn't much on the company as a whole on this site, what is there is a little dated. From what I understand, Situs is used to outsource grunt work or "consult" with to get off the book employees in the CMBS/underwriting space.

My questions, for someone that has experience with the firm or knows someone:

1). What is typical compensation for the analyst level? 2). How are exit opps for employees? 3). Is there very much career trajectory if you stay with the firm, and what would that typically look like?

Thanks in advance!
