St Paul MN Ground Up MF
Hey all!
I’m looking at an investment for my firm in a ground up multifamily just outside of St Paul MN, in Lake Elmo.
Wondering if you monkeys think it’s a good time to invest there given rent control and a complete halt in development in the city.
Property will have good commute access to the city and will be priced just below the highest end properties around it. Population growth has been pretty high there over the past few years. Development seems to be pretty active but absorption is still falling short of supply.
Any other insights on the area?
