Super easy chill jobs in real estate with good flexibility and wlb minimal stress and okay como
Thought I was cut out to be a rainmaker, but after working in this industry for a few years I truly don’t like it. I’m unhappy and stressed and constantly have fire drills and work late and make less than my peers that chose other paths. My background is on the finance side and while I can get around a model I don’t like it at all. Any super chill easy low stress jobs that I can pivot to in a tier 2 / 3 market? Compensation was obviously a motivator for choosing this career but it is less of a concern moving forward, although do want to be able to support a family. While I have been a good monkey in the past, not of us are meant for this grind!
