Template term sheet for pref equity investment
Hello! Can anyone point me towards a resource, or does anyone have a template term sheet for a pref equity Coe-invest in a multifamily asset? Ive been asked for help by a family friend, and am not sure where to begin.
Sounds like it wants to be a 12 pref. AFAIK.
