Third Party CRE Contract UW Services
Hi all - could anyone recommend top 5 third party CRE contract underwriting companies? i.e. hiring for deal support e.g. direct asset acquisitions, diligence and CMBS etc-etc. Thanks in advance
The big servicers (Trimont, Situs, Berkadia) provide UW services though I've never used them. A buddy of mine uses a smaller shop in NY called Townhouse Partners but I've also never used them; they do a lot for CMBS clientele but work with many types of lenders.

Not sure but it will vary wildly given your needs and scope of work. I think they essentially hire a body to sit on your team so maybe cost plus profit? If the market costs 100K, they charge $120K? Complete spit balling here, I have no real idea
