Thoughts on Acquisitions & Development Analyst/Associate at Toll Brothers?

Does anyone know how this compares to the likes of TCR, Greystar, etc.? Also, I've heard very differing viewpoints, one being that you'll do true cradle to grave development work, the other being that this is more of a project management &/or construction management role without much involvement in the financial side of things. What are your thoughts on a position like this?

**Edit: I forgot to add that this is with their Apartment Living division.

Thanks in advanced
