Thoughts on Benson Elliot?
Is anyone familiar with Benson Elliot? They're a european real estate investment firm.
I noticed they recently raised EUR800+ in their latest fund and was wondering if anyone had any insight into them? The typical things such as performance, how they compare with other REPE funds, culture, comp etc..
