Saw a recent interview with him, what are people thoughts Does he know what he's talking about? Any insight from the real estate industry on him and his company?

Met one of his partners- extremely impressive person.
Dude is no joke. Has actual RE experience and thus is a reliable capital allocator in RE fintech arena. Listened to an interview w him not too long ago.

I had a brief stint trying to work in fintech, esp RE tech given my background in REPE and Fifth Wall seemed like an incredible firm with great people. Wallace seems like the real deal dude did it as a founder twice and made stacks. Accidently called his personal phone while trying to call Fifth Wall offices asking to speak with HR, luckily he didn't pick up and went to voicemail but I shit myself when "Brendan Wallace, please leave a message" came up.
Do they use recruiters? Or is it mainly internal?
