Tips for landing a role at REPE from NYC resi operator
Hello, I am currently working as an acquisition guy in a decent size NYC resi/multifamily operator. My end goal is to land a job at a bigger REPE platform.
I am hoping to get a sense of how doable this is. Any tips of what I should do/prepare is highly appreciated.
Is the geographic and asset class focus a concern/limit for REPE hiring managers?
