Top Multifamily Team NYC/Brooklyn

I am still in school but eventually want to get into selling commercial real estate investment properties. If I have to go the analyst route at first I am ok with that as I know I probably have a lot to learn. My question is who/what are the top teams in this space in NYC/Brooklyn?

Stacom is a top office leasing broker. That is it. So, for investment sales that is a bad pick.

This is flat out wrong so do some research before you speak out of your ass. Peter Cooper Village $5.4B sale was a leasing transaction?

Literally from her CBRE bio ”Ms. Stacom has nine times been the #1 Investment Sales Professional at CBRE globally, and has ranked in the top 1% of global producers every year for over a decade.”

Not even sure why you commented.

1) OP changed title to incorporate multifamily

2) Doesn't excuse your comment about Stacom being a top office leasing broker. Was she bringing tenants in? What about 330 Madison Ave? 345 Park Ave South? Did she lease those up? No, so your original comment is still wrong. You're literally confusing her with her sister. Come on director, do better.
