Top Multifamily Team - SF Bay Area

What are some of the top team in the Bay Area for Multi-Family? I am trying to find some of the top teams in the area and wasn't sure if there are a few elite teams out there? Or who the top team for the big firms are?

IPA has like a 80% market share and is the 1,000-pound gorilla. JLL has a good team that has benefitted from helping put some development deals together (good debt team too), Eastdil's is good as well. CB's is not particularly active, but their debt team is killer. Cushman has like two decent listings a year. Newmark is pretty meh... more active in the C space. Moran has a good team.
