Is there a database, newsletter, or website that publishes commercial real estate transactions (leases, sales, refinancings) and what people/companies were involved in them? I'm trying to figure out what deals a specific team I would like to work for has completed in the past year or so, and outside of combing through Google searches and local CRE publications, I don't know where to look - or if there is anywhere to look.

The Business Journal is also another great resource that tends to be very on top of the game. The industry subscribed resources are Real Estate Alert and Commercial Mortgage Alert, but these are more difficult to get your hands on if you don't work for a prominent RE shop that has a corporate subscription.

In my market, I look at Bisnow and the business journal. Bisnow is free and the journal is $75/year. Between these two I've been able to find all the basic info for every major transaction in my market.
