Transitioning from Corp IB/PE to RE
Hey everybody. I was curious how difficult it would be to transition from a merchant banking role focused on tech in NYC to a real estate developer position. Assuming 5 years of experience in the role blending advisory and investing work, would I be too late? Would I need to get an MBA or would I be fine to switch without?
Would be easier to switch to a more investment management focused role than to development.
