I’d vote principal but depends if want to move to Des Moines
Do they rotate you into their dedicated Industrial group? Or just their Acq / AM groups for equity? Either or, I'd vote the guys at PrinREI
I believe it would just be their Acq / AM. Thank you! I was leaning heavily towards Principal and was just looking to confirm.
.
Fair warning Des Moines SUCKS, principal is a great company tho
Des moines isn't that bad....
If you’re from a big city I would really not recommend being there. People are very nice, but very closed off and the food and social scene is not good.
What group is the WF CRE? Have heard RESCM group is great but some others maybe be wary
Specialty Finance. Which deters me slightly even though it is a great group and no equity side exposure.
Which firm did you end up choosing?
