What are the most reliable sources of opinions on how the coronavirus will affect New York real estate markets?

There is so much information and so many opinions coming out right now on this issue that it can be difficult to navigate through. While nobody has a crystal ball, what sources of information would you place the highest degree of confidence in at this stage?

What are generally the most reputable sources?

Well, you're asking about opinions, so it'll be the opinion of the person(s) you respect the most.

As far as confidence in the accuracy of information, that would be the Governor and the Mayor, since they're the only ones with the power to impact public policy at this stage, and anything coming out of the federal government is likely to be inaccurate (if coming from Mr Trump) or not actionable (if coming from anyone else).

You're right, it is very subjective and a matter of whose opinion you trust the most. Nonetheless, I am looking for a few sources that are generally deemed to be credible and reputable within the industry at large. It is okay if these sources have diverging opinions. I just want to get a picture.
