What is a good starting salary for an undergrad 1st year in IS/Brokerage?
We're looking to bring on a 1st year undergrad IS analyst with a workload of around 55-65 hours/week. A little out of touch since the team has not hired a new analyst in at least the past 4-5 years.
What is a decent starting salary considering our team has considerable market share in our asset class and area? (Top Market NY/SF/LA)
