Hit up the developers in your area and ask to do part-time work around your class schedule.

I think it was the school career site. You should see what REITs are in your area, what firms are in your area and try to figure out which one would be fun to intern for, take people to lunch/etc. I took everyone at the REIT (in the acquisitions group) to lunch before interviews so they knew me when interviews came around. You will see this a lot but real estate people really like "the hustle".

At some firms I know they have an army of unpaid interns pumping out models for them... it is fairly common, getting paid to do it is a +
