I probably have your same build. Don’t worry about this. Commanding a room is much less about your build than your reputation and what you have to say. Yes, you can’t change your height, but you are in control of many other aspects of yourself like your personality, clothing, fitness, etc.
Just be good at your job and confident and you’ll be fine. Lifting weights and having good posture helps.
This is one of those situations where you think something is a much bigger deal in your head than it really is. Literally no one gives a shit that you are short and it has 0 impact on their professional opinion of you.
