Where to find senior associate / VP roles in NYC

I'm currently on a lean investment team and looking for a new role.  I have significant transaction experience and did an MSRE a few years back. Before my current equity investing gig, I did some work on a fixed income portfolio focusing on cmbs bonds.

I am looking to make a move; I have gone deep in a few different processes but haven't had anything fall yet.  I spoke with Glocap, SG Partners, Mcdermott, Searchound, etc.  On top of networking / cold emailing people anything else I could be doing?
