Why Commercial Mortgage Backed Security Research?
Hello RE community -
Currently interviewing for a high yield RE debt AM team (internship) that focusses on researching CMBS. Wanted to reach out to the RE community to hear your "Why RE" or "Why Research" answers, as I'd like some inspiration for crafting my response. Additionally, I'd love to hear some qualities/characteristics/traits that make a good Analyst within RE and/or Research. I'm crafting something along the lines of my interest in alternative assets and illiquid frontiers. Any input or general career insight would be much appreciated!
