Stolly / Jordy & Harmon / Spies is the CRE equivalent of Lebron and Jordan teaming up. Egos just as big too.

Not sure how Spies/Harmon/Stolly/Jordy works. Spies worked on every high profile transaction in some fashion at C&W even if it wasn’t IS.
this easily makes Newmark #2 in NYC, directly able to compete with JLL, which is why they made the offer/jump imo
JLL has more producers, but Harmon & Spies and Stolly & Jordy are the top sales and top debt / equity teams in the country. They will win the majority of institutional business in the city.
How much do y’all think Newmark paid them to jump? 70m?
