Not sure how Spies/Harmon/Stolly/Jordy works. Spies worked on every high profile transaction in some fashion at C&W even if it wasn’t IS.
this easily makes Newmark #2 in NYC, directly able to compete with JLL, which is why they made the offer/jump imo
