Worthe Real Estate

Hi Everybody,

I have a specific firm in mind that I most definitely want to join. The development company is called Worthe. My current career trajectory I was planning was IB -> REPE -> Worthe. Does this sound like a valid path? Also, is anyone familiar enough with them to know what they look for in analysts or associates?

Thank you for your time,

Jew

Well to be honest, it is perfectly located like 30 minutes from where I ideally want to live, they do cool, big deals and the way they structure them is interesting as well. The team is small enough that there is not much bureaucracy and everyone knows each other, yet big enough that the deal size is worth it. The view that they get from their Santa Monica office is literally jaw dropping. Plus, the company has some real integrity and supposedly is known for it.
