Anyone have the scoop on them? Big private retail developer based in Boston, MA. Curious about Comp, Culture, Reputation, etc.
Also, what are people's thoughts on retail going forward? This group appears to pretty sophisticated, so I'm sure they are tailoring their projects to fit with a changing landscape - still curious on the overall sentiment in retail though.

Have a friend who works there. Founder is still very involved in the day to day. They have an excellent reputation within the retail world and a lot of people have leveraged their experience at WS to make good career moves. I know they are working on an interesting JV in the Seaport right now and they recently created a rotational program for early career professionals that sounds like it has been going well.
