Adding qualifiers to interests section? (golf handicap/chess elo etc)

Wondering what everyone's opinion is on putting qualifiers on a resume, assuming you're decent but not pro-level. For an example, I've put quite a bit of effort into chess and golf but never achieved significant distinctions, so I was wondering how a line like: Chess (1700 FIDE), Golf (10 handicap) in my interests section would be perceived.
