Adding qualifiers to interests section? (golf handicap/chess elo etc)
Wondering what everyone's opinion is on putting qualifiers on a resume, assuming you're decent but not pro-level. For an example, I've put quite a bit of effort into chess and golf but never achieved significant distinctions, so I was wondering how a line like: Chess (1700 FIDE), Golf (10 handicap) in my interests section would be perceived.
Would be taken well, just wrapped up my SA26’ interviews and in almost every one my interests were brought up and a great talking point. Feel free to pm for more.
