This is the best profile I have found during my last 3 years as analyst, he spoke a poor english but was an easy choice,

This was for a SA on his penultimate year of a southern european country who had:

- 2 PE internships (both UMM)

- McKinsey SA

- Assistant university professor (Finance)

- Top 1% of a target doing a double bachelor

- Invited to selective BCG & Bain events

One of my buddies had 2 10-week internships at top PE firms (think BX, Carlyle, Fortress, Apollo, etc) after his freshman and sophomore year of summer. One CIO really liked him and hooked him up with a MS MD who pushed his resume through for a junior summer internship. Ended up choosing IB over PE since the same CIO recommended it would serve him better throughout his career. Guy to went west coast semitarget
