Roast my resume

Hi all,

I'm currently an intern at a large credit rating agency in NYC. I'm a rising senior at a non-target school. My goal is to break into investment banking after school. In my opinion, the biggest highlights of my resume would be my current internship and all the listed University leadership experiences. Not sure if I should do anything else to emphasize those. Should I add a headliner?

Please feel free to be as critical as possible. I could use all the help possible. Thank you!
