Destroy My Resume!!

-Formatting is sloppy (Font size, alignment, No date beside Integra resources) -What's a national Hispanic scholar candidate?

1. Too much white space (this is awfully distracting)
2. I tend to ignore the resume if there are no GPA listed.
3. The separation between Education, WE and EC are not clear. Overall this is a tough resume to look and I would've tossed already.
4. Where are you interests?

wow, i've never said this before but honestly try a template.

yeah. wow. can't beleive i said that. but a template is better than this. or just look at the other resumes on this site and copy them. find ones that have been heavily revised and that have lines across under each section and consistent dashes in the dates on the right and copy that.

Resume isnt too bad. (I work at a staffing firm) I used to do recruiting and now am at a higher level position. Needless to say ur resume isnt terrible. You may consider making a version w ur education at the bottom.

Make sure where ur applying that the main things they want, if u have are on the top of ur resume

More detail on what you do at your current position would be good. Are you in charge of creating the OM? What kind of assets? Go into more detail than just office or industrial. Explain how you targeted core buyers or value-add deals. Do you model these transactions yourself, more detail will help you eliminate all that white space.

Bump. Would really like some feedback on my updated resume.

Everytime I see 'destroy my resume' I want to print it out, then record myself burning it.
