Too much white space. Quantify things from your current job. List specific transactions and what your role was. BIWS modeling self-study should be 1 bullet point under skills section, not an entire section. Your work experience seems light. You can replace with any leadership/club experience if you have any. Maybe an internship if you had any. Just list MS Office, nobody needs to know you know how to type on MS word.

Under "Breaking into...," why are the first two bullets the same? I don't see any "leadership experience" under its heading. There should be measurable results or a line item of a transaction, something under your work experience other than just "responsibilities." Bachelor of [Arts, Science?] in Finance. Coursework, either capitalize all relevant terms or keep them all lower case. Move skills and training header above CFA and use a consistent formatting (all caps) as the others. You only have 8/9 months of experience? Why are you looking for a new job already?

Im looking for research associate or IB analyst. I wish i had leadership or club exp. I have almost 8mo exp but i want to start shooting for the IB or ER jobs because I think it will take me a while to land something. I will make the suggested changes and upload the resume again. Thanks for all your help.

Th bullet points for your current position should be in the same tense and you can definitely use some stronger verbs. You need to add a colon after "In-Major GPA". Also your spacing is not consistent. Ditch the periods at the end of your bullet points

From giving this a quick glance:

Fix grammar, spelling, formatting - this should be a no brainer. You're trying to break into IB which happens to be one of the most sought after positions. Bulge Brackets get thousands of applications for these........ If you can't spend two hours to format your own resume what makes you think they would let you near client facing material?

Education always goes first and you have way too many bullets for that one activity. Three-four bullets per activity is the max.

Make an activities section and include some extracurricular activities you were involved in. Captain of the soccer team is impressive and I wold definitely throw that on there. Remember, interesting stuff on your resume means less time spent on technical (assuming you get any interviews).

That should get you started.
