I am new at this; please give me some pointers
I will officially enroll as a college student this summer in two to three weeks from now. I thought making a resume for myself would prove a good idea. I do not really have much work experience, as you will see, nor do I have many organizations I belong to. However, once I actually get to college, I plan on joining an intramural sports club and some finance/accounting related organizations.
I realize it is small and does not fill the page. I am relatively happy with it, though. Please offer some words of wisdom and criticism.

-Not trying to be rude, but I think a "Best Math Student" would know that you a 4.6/4.0 is not possible. Don't get me wrong, I know first hand how the AP/Honors system in High School works, but you're not adjusting units properly. If you list a weighted numerator, you must also list a weighted denominator. You're real GPA is probably more along the lines of 4.6/4.8 or something like that.
-I would highlight the Full Tuition Scholarship a lot more; merit-based scholarships with such serious payouts are definitely impressive. Pull it up to your University of Florida section and give it its own bullet point, it's just hiding down at the bottom of your resume where few will bother to look.
-Overall it looks like you're setting yourself up well. Still unproven, but definitely keep up what you're doing.
Looks good to me. Couple typos on there. As Nouveau pointed out I would stress the scholarship a lot more
-I will fix the GPA. I meant 4.6 weighted but 4.0 unweighted. Weighted it would be a 4.6/5.0. Should I forget the unweighted part?
-I actually already had my tuition paid for with a prepaid thing from my grandparents a long time ago, but the scholarship does pay full tuition. For me it just goes to residence and stuff if tuition is already covered. How can I highlight it more?
Thanks so far
If you have an unweighted 4.0 GPA (aka straight A's), just put that.

Also, italics should appear on:
"Bachelor of Science in Accounting" and
"finances 100% of tuition through merit-based awards"
^^^
Looks a lot better, two things:
-As I said before, would recommend moving the scholarship to the university section. Literally just cut/pasting that bullet point between sections is fine.
-No need to put "Unweighted" on your GPA as that is implied by the fact that it is out of 4.0
