IB Analyst Resume help - part 2

http://www.razume.com/documents/25421

Things I'm thinking about:

Its a little longer than one page - what should I take out?

I want to emphasize at an early point that i am a student athlete.

Is that a good place to put my EY internship this summer - considering I'm now applying for jobs in the fall.

Thanks!

Those introductory sentences just destroyed me.

^ should/could be saved for the cover letter

You said it, for the cover letter.

you can take out relevant coursework if all you are going to put is finance/accounting. that looks stupid. Like sonny said, that introductory paragraph also looks ridiculous. if you still need space, you can take out the citizenship thing. it's not something that is going to make or break a job offer, but a 2 page resume very much will. These things should definitely give you enough space.

Why would you want to emphasize you're a student athlete? Do you think that you'll be the only one? Or that it will give you an edge?

If you make it to the interview stage, drop if if you want. Just remember, SHOW, don't tell, i.e. via resume accomplishments.
