Is it worth putting the GS insight program on your resume?

Is it worth putting the Goldman Sachs insight program on my resume? For reference, I’m a rising sophomore networking for sophomore analyst programs.

If it is worth putting, how do I put it? Obviously not under experience. Additional information perhaps?

honestly, I have put all the diversity/pre-recruitment programs I have attended at different BBs on mine and I think it has served me well. To each their own... The above link says resume screeners view you as a "commodity" (which is pretty true) therefore showcasing that you are demonstrating interest and are being selected for these competitive programs (not specific to only Insights Program) probably shows for something. Would love to hear more opinions on this

No....putting events on a resume is a waste of space. Also if you are applying to the bank that you did the program for they know you did it. If it is a rival bank you seem like an ass with that progam on it. You can talk about it in your interview if you want but don't leave it as a stain on your resume.

Also, a decent amount of kids apply and get into these programs. You are divesity and so are they. These programs don't make you stand out. I been tryin to explain that like you don't need it listed on your resume/linkedIn, put stuff that makes you different.
