I think your bullet points are way too sparse. Every bullet point under experience is too short ("Managed case file organization" is not an acceptable bullet point) Try to be more specific. For example:

"Aided teaching over 20 classrooms comprised of nearly 400 students"

You should elaborate on what subjects you taught and what exactly did you do. Also focus on results. Did you have any particular case in your work experience where you caused some significant change? Or have you ever won a jiu-jitsu competition? If so you should write about that. If one of your work responsibilities was rather menial, focus on what was the bigger goal. It looks like your leadership experience is more significant than your work experience, so consider moving that on top of your work experience.

Also, try to tie things back into banking. I know you don't have any relevant experience but try spinning your experience to show that you're attentive to detail, a team player, and a hard worker. Good luck!
