Should I add more excel/powerpoint based projects under work experience? Should I word them so the skills are "more transferable" to investment banking?

I'd write any numbers below 100 out with words

your interest section needs some grammar editing "Spent Summer..." shouldn't be capitalized

Summer lifeguard might not be necessary to mention. Or atleast thats what I've been told (lifeguarded onesummer as well). I don't think anyone will be able to get that much from it, nor would it be much of an interview topic. That is unless you were a manager, which it doesn't look like you were.
