Should I put "A+" in my resume?

I heard firms in IBD don't request resume until background check. I'm currently at a target school (Ivy League) and they give out A+'s but don't convert them to 4.33 GPA. I was able to obtain 4 A+ my freshman year in Biology, Math, and Statistic courses. I had to basically ace these intro courses and was told by my professor that I got the top mark for two of them. I was thinking about including this in the Honors section as : XXXX (A+), XXXX (A+), etc... Is there anyway I can include this distinction without sounding like a cock sucker.

Thanks
