1. You're stretching a little too far for results: 210% increase in web traffic is great if you're going from 100k to 210k/day but not so impressive if you're going from 1 to 2.1 per day. Several of the percentages in there seem like they're along those lines (bottom line: more substantive results).
2. Under extracurriculars, you could really gain credibility by adding results like any other job: 'Grew club budget from $1000 to $2000 through targeted fundraiser', etc. Club leadership experience can be one of the most influential parts of a resume, as it shows initiative (as opposed to an f500 internship where you're expected to deliver results).
3. .5in margins, Arial 10, minimal line spacing will give you more room. I'm in favor of a dense resume, but YMMV.

When I was in engineering anything above a 3.2 or 3.3 was considered great......
