Updating Resume - Best Practices

I am updating my resume and am struggling to decide - At what point am I over sharing? Or including to much detail?

As example if referring to a roadshow, would it be weird to include names of companies you began relationships with? Or only if that firm has announced from their end?

Also curious to how you all decide which experiences to include? Now that there’s several transactions I’ve been part of and cannot list them all while keeping my resume one page - how do you decide which to include? Do you go by largest deal amount, most complex, or by the best headline?

Obviously not including anything that would require an NDA, etc. - but would like to share my experience transparently while highlighting certain aspects.
