A student transferring to SMU in junior year. Can I get into the alt asset program?

So I am in texas and currently deciding on a career path I like business and it is pretty attractive to me. I started as a finance and pre med though chose banking. I am going to be applying to SMU (southren methodist) in dallas texas. Is it possible to get into the alt program in finance if you join at a 3rd year?
