Additional Master / MBA - Europe

Hi everyone,

With this situation going on, I had plenty of time to think about my future and where I want to be in 10 years,

I am a 24 almost 25 French analyst in a real estate debt fund and I should be promoted associate next year. Despite enjoying what I am doing right now, I don't see myself doing this for 10/15 years+ so I am thinking about switching to strategic consulting / healthcare IB with the goal to join a good VC team

If I am currently working at a Top 40 PERE fund, I graduated from a modest french business school (top 10) and I do not match the requirements to join top consulting teams/banks

Thus, I am looking to do another master in finance / management from top european schools or MBA for Sept 2022

Profile

Internships : Research in a french bank abroad, M&A in real estate
Work experience: 3 years in 2022 in a real estate debt team with good growth where I have been implicated in investment/fundraising
EC: President finance club at school, some volunteering, some Moocs in sciences

Targeted Schools: LSE (master), LBS (master or MBA), Insead (MBA - 3 years work experience might be too low).

Which other shcools should I add to this list? IE Business School? I would prefer 1 year programs

What are my chances at theses schools?

Thanks a lot for your help!
