Advice for an incoming Finance Major at Baruch College (NYC)?

I'm a high school senior from central New Jersey who will be majoring in Finance at Baruch College (CUNY). I plan on taking several internships thru Baruch and later to entering the NYC finance industry. I'm very confident in my choice to study Finance, but I'm not quite sure what type of job I would like. Any advice on do's/dont's, would've/could've/should've's, etc would be greatly appreciated!
