Advise on Boston Placements

Here is my background:

Graduated from University of Notre Dame in 2011 with a 3.62 GPA in Finance

1st job was in Equity Research for 2 years. Then wanted to move back home to be in Boston and took at investment/trade/technology support job at a quant fund for 1.5 years. Did not like the overly technical aspect of the role. Currently interviewing for my third role. Ideally I want to do private wealth management, investment research or sales long term. That being said, I want to stay in Boston (my whole family is in the area). My question is, with my background in Asset Management, which top MBA programs would be a good fit for me staying in Boston? Also, would an MBA really be a differentiator for me? I am currently a level III CFA candidate.

I took the GMAT once and scored a 670, a little lower than I would have liked. I will most definitely re-take this again so that I can viable at the top-10 programs. I am starting to narrow the list of schools I want to look at some any feedback would be appreciated!

Thanks!
