Anyone Have Insight on Georgetown MBA?

I’m considering applying to the Georgetown McDonough MBA program and I am interested in hearing from anyone with experience or knowledge about it. I’ve done some research but want to get a better sense of the program's culture, career outcomes, and opportunities.

How would you describe the overall vibe at McDonough? Is it more collaborative or competitive? Also, how strong is the alumni network, and does the career services team really help with recruiting in fields like consulting, finance, or tech?

How is job placement for Georgetown in cities like NYC or West Coast?

Lastly, does anyone have experience with scholarship opportunities, especially for R2 applicants? And what sets Georgetown apart from other top MBA programs?

For context, I’m currently in finance but considering a pivot into consulting or tech, so any advice on how to position myself would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
