Applying to Business School after quitting job since April
How does Top 10 business school look at your application if you're 3 month out of work with 5 years of buyside equity research experience and a 720 GMAT? If I apply this year, I would be entering business school when I'm 30.

At this point, the important thing is how did you spend the 3-month gap. If you volunteered with an organization, or you did consulting work or even if you took a class related to your profession. These would be assets to defend your gap.
