Ask MBA Essay Coaching

Farrell is passionately invested in the success of her clients – capitalizing on their strengths in all parts of the application. Nearly 100% of her clients have obtained admission to one or more top 10 MBA programs.

Farrell is known for her candor and high standards, but works with candidates in a spirit of humor, warmth and kindness. Her coaching brings forth their most compelling, authentic content.

In an admissions application world where brevity is the mandate, Farrell delivers. Do you need to turn a page-long missive into a clear and focused statement?

In the words of a client, “Farrell can say anything in 10 words or less.” She turns your heap of clay into a statue.

After receiving her MBA in Marketing, she spent eight years working for Fortune 500 companies in marketing management roles, writing award-winning advertising campaigns for Gannett and direct mail that broke sales records for Dow Jones.

As the Wells Fargo corporate newsletter editor, she interviewed upper management and told their stories. Familiar with her talents, many invited her to write their bios and serve as their ghostwriter.

Exiting corporate, she started a consultancy developing value propositions for new startup owners, helping them increase sales revenue and obtain VC funding.

More fascinated with people than products, she transitioned her business into an MBA admissions consultancy, helping both young leaders and seasoned executives get into top 10 MBA programs.

Farrell works with leaders who are doing big things in the world. Each client partnership is a unique and rewarding journey to her. Her process involves coaching, interviewing, writing, editing, strategizing, connecting the dots, storytelling, marketing, and personal branding.

She identifies the unique contributions of each client to create a succinct, memorable value proposition. This becomes the guiding focal point for your resume, essays, elevator pitch and application responses.

Farrell is fervently enthusiastic about live jazz, perfecting her French and all aspects of personal development. When she isn’t writing, you might find her swimming, meditating, or hanging out in downtown Sacramento, asking strangers if she can pet their dog
